About the project:
Glow Lab is a boutique skincare studio offering personalized facials and aesthetic treatments. Kira was brought in when the founder realized she was stuck in a cycle of sporadic posting and zero engagement — with a gorgeous brand but no strategy.

What we did:

• Defined a clean, confident brand voice
• Created a Reels content strategy based on transformation & trust
• Designed reusable Canva templates for a consistent feed

Result:

✨ Story views tripled in 2 weeks
✨ 40+ new Instagram followers without paid ads
✨ Client feedback: “Posting finally feels easy — and people are DMing me!”
