Hey friend—welcome to this reset!
Today we’re anchoring into your deeper why, who you serve, and what makes your voice different.
Reflect on this:
— Why did you start your business?
— Who are you really here to serve?
— What makes your work different?
— Who is your dream client?
Sara's Why:
I help soul-led women in the messy middle overcome burnout and confusion through brand storytelling + emotional clarity—so they can build sustainable, freedom-based businesses rooted in who they truly are.
I built this work while sitting at my son’s hospital bed the past 2 years (3 year diagnosis day almost here)—not for hype, but for healing. For freedom.
For women like me who needed a brand that could be built anywhere, without burning out.
Drop your why in the comments—I’ll be reading every one.
Let’s reconnect to the real reason we started this.
We’re just getting started.
REMINDER:

To the Mother Missing Her Mom This Mother's Day
I stand in the card aisle, caught between nostalgia and hope.
Though I can no longer buy those "For Mom" cards, I smile thinking how she'd have loved the corny ones with the perfect words or sang a song.
This is Mother's Day with her memory living on.
I see you selecting cemetery flowers, making sure they're her favorites.
There's love in this new ritual, a different way to honor her that still connects us.
I still reach for the phone when my boys do something remarkable.
In that moment of remembering she's not there, I hear her voice saying "You've got this, mama." And I mother forward with confidence.
I catch glimpses of her everywhere—in my hands kneading dough just like hers, in my laugh that suddenly mirrors hers.
Little inheritances that surprise and comfort me.
My children know their Grandma Angel through stories—how she danced in the kitchen, her famous cookies, her infectious laugh. In sharing these, she remains present.
Her legacy blooms in our everyday moments.
Each Mother's Day feels different but rich with meaning.
I've found new traditions that honor both my role as a mother and hers as the woman who taught me how.
To you who mother with your mother's spirit as your guide—I see your strength.
I celebrate your resilience.
We carry forward their wisdom, humor, and love.
In recipes now written down. In phrases we catch ourselves saying. In how we tuck our children in at night.
This club we never wanted to join gives us perspective on what truly matters.
I see how you pause to take family photos, making sure everyone's included. I treasure every image where her spirit shines through—these windows to the past that my children peer into with wonder.
So I step in front of cameras too, creating a visual story that connects generations—past, present, and future—in one unbroken, beautiful circle.
Happy Mother's Day!
{I write this from a place of joy}
I knew I had to get rooted before I could build anything. Rooted in truth. Rooted in healing. Rooted in Him.
Before the business… Before the clarity… God whispered it to me—at the end of my driveway. Before Jack got sick. Before everything shifted. I didn’t know what was coming, but He did.
And I had to surrender it all.
I stopped drinking. I let go of the baby weight—physically and emotionally. I found my people. And in the messiest way, I started saying yes.
Not perfect. Not polished. Just… rooted. And willing.
God used the internet—of all places—to connect me with two women who were ready too. And now? We’re building something holy. Messy. Afraid. Excited. Overwhelmed. Ready.
We’re doing it together. And now— We want to help you.
You don’t have to stay stuck in the yuck of “how.” You just need a little courage. A little community. And a whole lot of Jesus.
You will want to be in this room. We’re saving you a seat.

Do you use AI in your business?
I was sitting here thinking of my Late Mama with Mother's Day approaching and my spirit said, "use AI to write a letter from her."
Grab a kleenex...
"My Dearest Scooter,
It's been fourteen springs since I left, but I watch over you daily, my queen bee.
Remember when Grandma gave you that nickname because you zoomed from one adventure to the next?
Those Franklin, TN days were treasures—seeing you behind the bar at Jonathan's Grille, popping bottle tops with such flair, creating connections not just serving drinks.
Your 500-person wedding didn't surprise me one bit!
I was there in that whisper of wind that lifted your veil when calm washed over you.
How I'd love to chase your boys through the tall grass on that beautiful farm!
Being "Grandma Angel" fills my heart beyond words.
I would've been there for Jack during chemo, just as you were for me.
You were my rock then; you're his rock now.
Your photography business would have me handing out your cards everywhere: "She captures souls, not just faces!"
The photos throughout your home are touchpoints where our worlds meet.
That's why your work matters—preserving moments that become priceless when time moves on.
Make memories TODAY.
That's why it's called the present.
With endless love, Mom
It's okay to feel joy and sorrow simultaneously this Mother's Day 🥰🙏

Stepped away from @russellbrunson’s fire…
The Kansas night is still.
The wildflowers I planted weeks ago—
silent, unseen—
reminded me:
growth doesn’t always shout.
Tell me what your learning in the comments 👇
You can’t rewrite a story you’re too afraid to name.
Limiting beliefs aren’t just thoughts.
They’re shape-shifters—masquerading as logic, playing dress-up as “just being realistic,” whispering you’re not ready, not enough, not her.
Start calling them what they are.
“I’m bad at business”
“Nobody cares what I have to say”
“I’ll show up once I look the part”
Nah. That’s not truth. That’s fear in costume.
Choose you instead.
Show up before you feel ready
Speak before you’re fully polished
Build before it’s all figured out
The glow-up doesn’t start after the fear goes away.
It starts the second you stop letting it drive.
And hey—if that first bold move is finally getting a headshot that actually looks like you (not a LinkedIn mannequin from 2016), I’ve got you.
Let’s talk: Sara@saramcmillian.com
Watching a storm roll in. @garthbrooks reminds me of sitting in my seat on the old sweaty smelly school bus with my uncomfortable wire headphones, cassette tape singing into my ears, while we bounced up and down rocky country roads to and from school.
Some of you are like- what is a cassette?
Happy Wednesday, friends!
Not bad back yard views here in Kansas.
Thunder rolls seemed appropriate for these pretty storm clouds.
The number one thing I try to prepare people for their photo shoot. ….
HANDS all of a sudden feel like their weigh 500 lbs and what do I do with them?!
I guide you through poses and have fun with you so you don’t feel so bad!
As for learning…..
I have been tuning into @copyposse Personal Branding bootcamp this week (this is my topic so when I see people I love doing an offer, I jump in and learn some things) !
It has been fun to meet some new people and learn some thing news and catch up on old. Alex is precious. I adore her YouTube channel.
Bottom line, put yourself out there. Just be you and own your brand!
People buy from people they know, like and trust.
Comment on this post how you know, like or trust me?!? 🧡🙏🤓
Today felt like true joy.
I got to do a brand shoot for a realtor team and we laughed so hard we almost cried.
I just felt the Lord whisper this is victory, mama.
The 8 months of stillness.
Head down dreaming and working and future planning,
I am finally seeing fruit from.
I still find some identity in “the cancer mom” and I guess, I will always be a childhood cancer mom.
But today, it feels lighter.
My joy feels deeper.
And I am so grateful for this beautiful life I have created with my family.
Tell me what you feel victorious for tonight?!?!
If you are the praying type, pray for some rain. The farmers need some for their crops.
I live with a farmer and the last few years of drought have been hard on our community and nation as a whole.
But as I see lighting off in the distance, I hope it sends some rain!
The value of your content doesn’t come from how much time you put into it anymore.
It’s about the connections you make, the systems you build, and how effectively you
can scale your efforts.
I am living in the victory of the time I have spent investing into myself!
Shoutout @omareltakrori for being the first one to help me understand how to exist!
And yay for 8 months CANCER FREE.
Walking in so much freedom. 🧡🙏🙌
If you want to have the brand that attracts dream clients,
you have to first be the entrepreneur who invests in looking like the expert you already are —and do the work of showing up consistently and powerfully online.
Right now, you're doing the work.
You're building the business.
But if your visuals don't match your value, you're making it 10x harder to be trusted, remembered, or referred.
When you work with me, you're not just getting photos.
You're getting the fast pass to becoming the version of yourself that sells out, stands out, and stays booked.
Period.
Let's chat about the perfect brand experience for you!

Building Tomorrow Together: The Heart of Community
There's a moment I'll never forget: my son Jack standing in church, hands tucking in his pocket just like his dad's.
This little boy, who has faced battles no child should, couldn't contain his excitement. He wanted to stand exactly like his dad.
Between feeding cows and farm demands, schedules get complicated he hasn't been to church much this winter.
While on our Make A wish trip, Jack asked when dad could come back to church. Not because of programs or sermons—but because community means family together, experiencing something real.
Community isn't about buildings or donations.
It's where we find freedom from isolation, forgiveness that heals, and life that feels meaningful again.
The church doesn't want your money—it wants to share its heart: the welcoming heart of Jesus.
I watched my son mimic his hero and realized—this is what investing in the next generation looks like.
It's showing up.
It's creating spaces where children see faith lived out in relationship.
As we celebrate Palm Sunday today, we're reminded that Easter is coming—a perfect time to experience the hope and new beginnings that community offers.
Just as Jesus was welcomed into Jerusalem, there's a welcome waiting for you here.
What does community mean to you?
Who might be watching, hoping you'll join them?
Freedom.
Forgiveness.
Life.
They're waiting for you this Easter season.
Come, there is a seat in a pew for you!
@fccburrton 10:30 every Sunday!
A few years ago, I walked into a networking event...
and I overheard someone across the room say my name.
Not in a "gossip" way.
In a "you need to meet her" kind of way.
They didn’t talk about my follower count.
Or how “perfect” my feed looked.
They said things like:
“She’s the real deal.”
“She makes you feel seen.”
“She helped me believe in myself.”
And in that moment, it hit me:
THIS is what brand building really means.
It’s not logos or colors or catchy bios.
It’s the feeling people carry after they experience you.
It’s the quiet reputation that follows you when you’re not there to defend it or pitch it.
It’s the story they tell — without you having to say a word.
What story are you writing today — with your energy, your words, your presence?
You’re building something powerful. Keep going.
(If you’re ready for your photos to tell THAT story for you — my Signature Brand Sessions are now open. DM me and let’s create it together.)
The future of marketing isn’t on the way — it’s already HERE.
AI isn’t just helping brands work faster.
It’s completely reshaping how we connect, create, and scale.
Those who embrace it will move faster, build deeper loyalty, and unlock new levels of creativity.
Those who don’t?
They’ll get left behind.
AI isn’t replacing marketers.
It’s empowering the next generation of leaders.
This is your time to master it, leverage it, and LEAD with it.
Ready or not... the future is now.
If you are wanting to learn AI but don't know how, DM me!
I can give you hours of your time back!
Almost 3 Years Ago, The Night Everything Changed
We were told Jack had leukemia...
Over the phone.
No warning.
No time to process.
No chance to catch our breath.
We were told we needed to check into the children's hospital that night.
Not tomorrow.
Not later.
Now.
I remember standing there, holding the phone, trying to understand how just hours before life was "normal" — and now everything was different.
I remember the fear.
The racing heart.
The way the world suddenly felt too sharp, too loud, too fragile.
We packed bags we didn’t know how to pack.
We drove through a blur of tears and prayers.
And we walked into a hospital that would become our second home for the months ahead.
That night was the beginning of the hardest, holiest, most heartbreaking journey we've ever walked.
But it was also the night God showed up in ways I couldn't have imagined — with strength we didn't know we had, with people we hadn't yet met, with hope that somehow refused to die.
Today, as I watch Jack running, laughing, living cancer-free —
I still remember that night.
And I remember the God who held us through it.
If you’re in the middle of your own unthinkable moment, I want you to know:
You're not alone.
The same God who carried us is carrying you too.
Twenty years ago, friends — I shot my very first wedding.
A student at @nossicollegeart near Nashville, one of my dear teachers,@acephotonash , took a chance on me.
I’ll never forget walking around that big ballroom and thinking, this is it.
This is my job.
I shot weddings up until 2015 when Jack was born.
Fast forward: I’m now a mama.
For a season, the Lord allowed me to lay weddings down and simply be theirs. 🤍
Now, with my boys growing and helping Dad on the farm or with the cows, I feel a new permission to pick my camera back up — but this time, I show up differently.
Driving to a wedding, my mind races — will I miss too much at home?
But what I forgot (after all that time with Jack’s illness) was the deep joy weddings bring me.
I've learned the beauty of a growth mindset: booking sessions & weddings my way, in a way that honors how I want to live, love, and work.
And goodness, joy has met me there.
"Joy is a net of love by which you can catch souls." – Mother Teresa 🕊️
At these weddings, it’s not about rehearsed moments — it’s about real ones:
• kids laughing in the background
• tearful toasts from family who traveled miles to celebrate
• impromptu dance floors when music finds willing feet.
When you work with me, it’s not about stiff poses — it’s about feeling joy throughout your day.
Through my lens, I capture not just images, but the beginning of a family.
These photos will tell the story of how two separate histories became one — how 'yours' and 'mine' turned into ours.
This is the true magic of candid photography — capturing not just what a wedding looked like, but what a family becoming feels like. ❤️
I am so excited to Celebrate Suzy and Ben today!
Stay tuned for some fun peeks of their big day next week!
An Open Letter to My Future Self
My dear self,
In the mirror today, I saw our mother's eyes looking back at me—and dad's determined jaw.
How strange to find them both there in my face, especially now, almost fourteen years since we lost her to cancer.
I'm reminded of Maya Angelou's words:
"I am the dream and the hope of the slave... I am the journey and the destination."
April 6th marks another year without mom.
That darkness after she passed wasn't the end of your story—just the hardest chapter.
When your son faced cancer, you thought the world was ending again.
But all that therapy and life coaching prepared you for when you needed to be stronger than you imagined possible.
"Be who you needed & Joy in the Journey" became your purpose, and watching him grow, with that "know-it-all" personality mirroring your younger self, cracked your heart wide open with joy.
The help you longed for did arrive—a business coach, online besties, and community you never anticipated.
They proved family extends beyond blood.
Ten years from now, when the kids are 19 and 17, these difficult years will have shaped you, but not broken you.
Remember: you are the sum of the five people you spend the most time with. Choose wisely.
It's a blessing to be a blessing.
Look at your face again.
Those eyes that resemble hers—they've seen so much more now.
That jawline from dad—it's set with determination, but tempered by experience.
You are their legacy, walking forward, carrying their light.
With love and pride for how far you've come,
Your present self
Writing past and future letters are so good for your soul. Try it and tell me in the comments your feels!👇
Also shout out to my friend @angela.doran and the guide she wrote inspiring theses self portraits I took of myself this weekend!
Self care.
It matters.
Mother’s Day is coming. This is what she wants!
My friend saw me on the struggle bus and invited me along on her self care day.
Thanks @special_k9_dog_training @body_shop_spa_ks
Change the picture of possibilty in your life.
Don't let the chains of fear keep you anchored to a life you don't love.
Far toooo long, I let chains of shame and perfectionism anchor me down like a big heavy wrecked ship.
Guess what, those chains are free and yours can be too!
I am starting a challenge soon! Stay tuned!
Overflowing with Gratitude 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
My heart is still overwhelmed by the Holy Spirit's powerful presence this past weekend in our small Kansas town.
At our Fearless Women's Conference, we witnessed the incredible power of community and courage.
To all the amazing women who joined us, whether you came alone hoping to encounter the Holy Spirit or brought friends to share in the experience—thank you!
Seeing each of you in Burrton, KS on March 28 & 29, 2025 filled the event with such unforgettable energy and joy. Thank you for making it special!
"God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind." — 2 Timothy 1:7
Guided by this scripture, we explored how facing our deepest fears can not only transform our lives but also inspire others to live more freely.
Each story shared and each connection made revealed the beauty of finding your tribe and the strength that comes from standing together.
Let's keep this spirit alive in our weekly gatherings!
Join us for Bible study every Monday morning from 8:30 to 10:30 AM at the same blessed place where our conference was held.
It's a time to deepen our faith, nurture our bonds, and continue supporting each other in living fearlessly.
Find your people, live fear-free(ish), and let's flourish together in faith and fellowship!
Going into this week feeling so free, like I can do anything I have wanted but have been too afraid to do!
Thank you to all the speakers, worship leaders and of course Ryan Wray for being our sound guy!
Want to know more about our Bible Study and community there is more coming soon on that! Hopefully we will be marking calendar for same time next year.
To my Sword Study Bible Chicks, I am so proud to call each of you friends and wowza, look what GOD DID!

We got a big upgrade this weekend!
I have wanted to come stay cation here. I love it here.
It is so peaceful and it’s the perfect place to host a mastermind or small gathering for about 12 of your favorite people right here in Yoder,KS!
Excited to see god move in big ways this weekend!
Senior photos?
Oh shoot—I knew I forgot something between the prom dress fittings and snack duty sign-ups.
If you’re a senior mom who just realized you haven’t booked your kiddo’s session yet, take a deep breath.
You’re not late.
You’re running on real-mom time, and that’s exactly how it goes this season.
Between college applications, grad announcements, last games, and all the “lasts” you’re trying to hold onto, it’s completely normal for senior photo sessions to slip through the cracks.
Here’s the good news: there’s still time.
I have a few spring spots left that are perfect for capturing your senior just as they are right now—right before they step into their next chapter.
It’s low stress, beautiful light, and all about making sure you have this milestone documented.
Because in the blink of an eye, they’ll be crossing that stage.
And while that moment flies by, the images we capture together will last forever.
Email me at sara@saramcmillian.com and let’s make it happen.
My website is temporarily down..... mom fail. But that's another story!
Also, if you have sent me a facebook message and I haven't responded, it may have got lost in a sea of birthday messages.
Please, text or call me if you don't love email. Sara@saramcmillian.com
I am also looking for someone wanting a couple hours of admin work a week to help me with bookings and email (not in my creative genius)!
Let's chat.

AI.
There are two types of folks. The AI crowd and the non AI crowd.
ChatGPT, ClaudeAI, and @donaldmiller storybrand AI are my business besties these days.
@kallaway @kallawaymarketing dropped a new AI bot recently too.
Using AI has given me so much time back in my day and I’m excited to read this book @ashley.renders told us about! I love a good read!
I am still playing catch up from a week off.
Before cancer, I had no business systems, CRM’s, strategies or business knowledge for that matter.
These past 3 years I have invested so much money into myself learning from great mentors and I’m finally in the “I believe in myself and I’m ready for action phase.”
I love learning. I was never a good student because ADHD and anxiety (unmanaged) I had a loud crazy brain that held me back from so much.
But now, I use it like a super power!
If this sounds like your brain, we should chat!
My Bible study group is putting on an in person event this weekend and I am so excited.
We still have room for a few more.
Come see what the Lord is doing in Burrton, KS!
I’ll drop a link in my stories!

The Magic of Being on the Other Side of the Camera.
"Great leaders don't tell you what to do, they show you how it's done." - @thechrisdo
Yesterday I stepped away from behind my lens and into another photographer's creative space - and wow, what an incredible experience!
A huge thank you to Aaron for welcoming me into his studio and putting me in front of the camera for a change. @aaronapatton
There's something so valuable about experiencing what our clients feel when they're being photographed.
The vulnerability, the trust, the collaboration - it's given me fresh perspective that I'll carry into all my future sessions.
Aaron's approach to photography is fueled by "endless curiosity and a love for the overlooked" - and that curiosity is contagious!
His ability to tell visual stories that truly connect is evident in every frame.
If you're looking for a photographer who leaves space for the unexpected and pushes past "good" to find something truly captivating, go check out Aaron's work at @aaronapatton https://aaronpatton.net
His client list speaks volumes (FILA, TLC, Pfizer, YMCA, and more), but it's his thoughtful approach to storytelling that really sets him apart.
Thank you, Aaron, for the inspiration and for helping me grow as both a photographer and a subject!
I love that you follow your heart and create work that makes others feel so seen and valued for what they do!
Your spirit is so kind and I love the way you are always helping other photographers see the value in charging what they are worth and leading the community so beautifully!
It was so fun to meet you IRL and thank you for listening to me and letting me speak so freely!
Always chasing joy!

We're home from our son Jack's Make-A-Wish trip to Branson, and my heart is overflowing with emotions I can barely contain.
I HAVE SO MANY MESSAGES TO RETURN. I will do that tomorrow!
Thank you @makeawishmokan Make-A-Wish Missouri & Kansas
As a photographer, I'm used to capturing special moments for others, but this time, I was fully present in creating our own precious memories.
So many moments brought tears to my eyes—watching Jack's face light up during the show, David, at Sight and Sound {https://www.sight-sound.com/} , meeting David and other cast members, seeing the magic behind the stage. These are core memories that will stay with us forever.
Of course we saw the Titanic!
I'm filled with overwhelming peace and gratitude.
Thank you from the depths of our hearts to Make-A-Wish and everyone who supports their beautiful mission.
And to anyone who gives their time, talent, funds, or heart to help children with cancer—you are making a difference beyond what you can imagine.
As a bonus, this mama got to celebrate another birthday. Thank you to Anika at @xpressobranson for getting us the VIP backstage access and of course, the wonderful LOCAL coffee.
I'm bottling up every single moment, every laugh, every smile, every tear of joy.
A special thank you to Sight and Sound Theaters for the extraordinary experience they created for Jack.
Your kindness and generosity have given our family a gift we will cherish forever.
Some journeys change you forever.
This was one of them. ❤️
While I would never wish cancer on anyone, the Lord blessed us so much along the way.
He always reminds me that it is in these HARD times that He is writing our transformational stories.
These challenges shape us into who we are meant to be.
And He wants us to share our story even when it's hard.
Need help? Reaching out isn't weakness—it's courage.

Jack’s Make-A-Wish @makeawishmokan adventure is finally here!
We’re getting ready to surprise boys and tell them that we are leaving for Branson for a magical week filled with laughter, joy, and memories that will last a lifetime.
Thankful for my in-laws house sitting & Feeding cows so we can leave!
If you have cows, or are married to someone who has cows, you know the struggle. As my good friend said, getting out of the driveway is the hardest part!
(You can tell we were in treatment the last time we went)!
This trip means the world to us, and I am excited to surprise the boys that we are roadtripping to MO!
Thank you to everyone who’s supported us on this incredible journey—it means more than words can say.
We'll be sharing lots of smiles, adventures, and behind-the-scenes fun, so stay tuned!
Follow along—we can't wait to share our favorite moments from Jack’s unforgettable wish trip!
There will be joy this week, friends!
Thank you for all the joy you have added to our journey and @jasminegreen for the beautiful t-shirt design you made for us! Your kindness will never be forgetten!

Yesterday, I shared a video of my mom on my personal page.
Showing up in pictures is invaluable for your children.
Showing up in their lives is even more important.
"The most precious gift we can offer others is our presence.
When mindfulness embraces those we love, they will bloom like flowers."
- Thich Nhat Hanh
Time spent with our children isn't just measured in hours and minutes, but in the memories created and the lessons shared.
Your presence is the greatest present you can give them.
Just like our cattle that are passed down through generations, our family values, traditions, and the wealth of wisdom we share create a legacy that endures far beyond material possessions.
It's that Thursday, McCurry Bull Sale Day.

Carol S. Dweck, the author of Mindset, once said:
"Becoming is better than being."
This simple yet powerful truth has shaped the way I approach leadership and personal growth.
Too often, we hear the phrase “natural-born leader,” but the truth is, leadership isn’t something you’re born with—it’s something you build.
It’s a process of learning, stretching, failing, and rising again.
For me, that process has been fueled by a relentless hunger to grow.
Online courses, challenges, coaching programs, and deep dives into personal development have shown me that leadership is a skill—one that can be sharpened over time.
Every new book, every workshop, every challenge I embrace is another brick in the foundation of who I am becoming.
The difference between those who lead and those who stay stuck isn’t talent—it’s mindset.
It’s the belief that growth is always possible.
That skills can be learned.
That the discomfort of stretching beyond your limits is proof you’re stepping into something greater.
So, if you’ve ever doubted your ability to lead, let this be your reminder: You are not fixed.
You are not limited.
You are in the process of becoming.
Keep learning.
Keep growing.
Keep showing up.
Because leaders aren’t born.
They are made.

Your support enables me to continue capturing the unique stories and moments that define us.

Some of you know my story, and some do not.
In May of 2022, our oldest, Jack, was diagnosed with ALL Leukemia, and our world forever changed. Like, we had to go to the hospital THAT NIGHT.
It was crazy. That season and plans for building a community around high school senior photography changed in a instant.
But thanks to community, we are on the other side of hard and GRATEFUL!
There has always been joy in our journey!
But like any cancer story, it comes with a cost! I have no shame in letting you know, we are headed out on a big Journey!!!!! Jack doesn't know yet, so don't tell him!
We are finally getting to take Jack's Make-A-Wish trip to Branson over spring break!

When I began my personal growth journey after reading "Girl, Wash Your Face" by @msrachelhollis , I was a frazzled mess searching for community and support to become a better version of myself.
Little did I know that @lindswray , our children's ministry leader, would become a lifelong friend, mentor, and spiritual sister. @crosspointnow
As @msrachelhollis writes, "We need to be in community. We need to be around other people who are making positive choices so that we're not alone."
This perfectly describes what I found through Lindsay at @crosspoint —a supportive community that lifts each other up and helps us grow together in faith.
She made me feel good about my screaming kids who didn't go to daycare and didn't love it when I left the room.......
Lindsay is a powerful prayer warrior whose electric presence simply makes you feel good.
Her guidance has been instrumental in my journey, and I'm beyond grateful for the moments we shared in my studio today.
Rachel’s book also reminds us that "You can be committed to church but not committed to Christ, but you cannot be committed to Christ and not committed to church."
Lindsay embodies this truth by not just talking about faith but living it out daily and helping others do the same.
I'm excited to see what God has planned for us and can't wait to hear you speak at our Fearless Conference!
Happy International Women's Day to someone who exemplifies strength, faith, and friendship.
Thank you for empowering me and countless others with your light! 💕

Imagine your favorite superhero.
You instantly know what they look like, right?
Their outfit, their pose, their energy—it’s all so clear.
Now, picture you as the superhero of your business.
Personal brand photography captures the real you—the energy, the passion, the magic that makes people want to work with you.
It’s not just a ‘say cheese’ headshot—it’s storytelling in pictures.
When people see these images, they feel like they already know you, trust you, and want what you offer.
And yes, we’ll get that classic headshot too.
But imagine having photos where you look like the expert you are.
Smiling, working, creating—showing the world exactly why you’re the one they’ve been searching for.
Let’s capture the essence of YOU—authentic, confident, and unforgettable.
Reach out, and let’s chat!
Throwback to when 'making mommy coffee' meant jelly beans in the coffee grinder and a 10-pound bag of flour redecorating the kitchen!
Looking at these flour-covered faces from 6-7 years ago reminds me how quickly time flies.
Those little boys with mischievous grins and the best intentions are growing up so fast.
The mess was temporary, but these memories?
Absolutely priceless.
Even the tears at the end are sweet to remember now.
Sometimes I wish I could go back and tell my younger, more frazzled self: the messes clean up, but you can never get these moments back.
Cherish the chaos.

Do Work That Matters, Not Just Work That Pays
It is so easy to do enough.
But what happens when you do better?
Serving your clients to the best of your ability means so much!
As a photographer, I've always been inspired by @thechrisdo Chris Do's philosophy: "Do work that matters, not just work that pays."
His wisdom reminds us that true fulfillment comes when our craft serves a purpose beyond the transaction.
When I capture your brand through my lens, I'm committed to creating images that tell your authentic story—images that matter to you, your business, and the clients you serve.
Like Chris teaches, excellence isn't just about technical skill, but about the intention and purpose behind every creative decision.
It's about seeing beyond what's expected and delivering what's exceptional.

As a photographer, my mission runs deeper than capturing beautiful images.
It's about preserving legacies and ensuring that every family member—especially moms—exists in their family's visual history.
How many times have you been the one behind the camera?
The one saying "I don't look good today" or "Just take one of the kids"?
The family historian who's mysteriously absent from most memories?
Moms, I see you.
You're the heartbeat of your family—orchestrating daily life, nurturing dreams, bandaging knees, and creating homes.
Yet so often, your presence goes undocumented.
You give so much, sometimes to the point where you're left with the short end of the stick.
But here's the truth that fuels my purpose: someday, the photos we take today will be all that remains.
They'll be cherished, framed, passed down, studied for family resemblances, and held close during moments of remembrance.
And your children deserve to see you there.
Not just in their memories, but in tangible proof that you were present, that you lived and loved and belonged in the frame.
"The best thing about a picture is that it never changes, even when the people in it do." — Andy Warhol
My values as a photographer and business owner are built around this truth.
I create spaces where moms feel comfortable stepping into the frame.
Where you're celebrated, not just tolerated.
Where your presence matters as much as everyone else's.
Because your story deserves to be told completely—with you in it.
This isn't just about photos.
It's about legacy.
It's about showing our children that they belong in their own stories.
It's about creating evidence of a life fully lived and loved.
So the next time you think about skipping the photo, remember: you're not just doing it for yourself.
You're doing it for everyone who will one day look for proof that you were there, that you were real, that you were beautiful in your love.
You belong in the frame.
Let me help put you there.
Excited to Give Back Tonight!

Can you believe it?
This year marks my 30th anniversary in the restaurant industry - wow, that brings up some feelings!

When you tell me you 'don't photograph well' or 'hate being in front of the camera'... but that's exactly why you need a photographer who sees your true beauty and knows how to capture it.
Trust me, I got you.
Let's take those Pinterest Pins and make you stand out of the sea of sameness!
Last night was a powerful reminder of how our individual gifts can create collective impact.
To everyone who opened their hearts and wallets to support our cancer fundraising event: your generosity is a gift that ripples far beyond this moment.
As a "cancer mom", listening to that brave mom share her family's journey—the treatments, the sleepless nights, the countless hospital visits her child endured—I fought back tears. Because I have lived that story too. But mine had a better ending.
Cancer can be such a lonely battle. Too often, people hesitate to reach out, unsure of what to say or do. But this is exactly why we must nurture and share our gifts of compassion, presence, and support. COMMUNITY!
You showed up not just with donations, but with open hearts and hope.
When we create space for these connections, when we honor our gifts by using them to lift others, something truly magical happens.
Every contribution, every message of support, every shared story strengthens our community and brings us closer to our goal.
Your dedication to this cause reminds me that when we care deeply and act purposefully, we can move mountains together.
No one should face cancer alone.
Thank you for being part of this journey and proving that together, we're stronger!

I have had fun week of “being in the room” with people who love words as much as I do.
I am excited to be putting new energy and a new me into this season of life “after cancer.”
I am so grateful that our journey was easy this round. You see, I lost my mom to cancer April 6th 2021.
She was my whole world. My first love. My first friend. First phone call. I can’t and couldn’t ever imagine my life without her.
Until it was my life.
I miss her EVERYDAY.
Losing her taught me, the gift of each day. 🎁
The value of time.
The cost of saying yes and no.
My heart breaks for each and every person who is planning a funeral or picking up things from fire or what ever hard they are in.
I still haven’t forgot about Western North Carolina and TN.
I can promise you, God will be right there if you let him!
Don’t sit in the suck alone.
Please, do anything but that.
I see you moms. Doing hard things.
What a gift it is to wake up today.
So, let’s make the most of it!
If you love music, @thefray has a beautiful song about gifts. I’ll throw it in my stories.
@emjax and I did a lot of therapy work on our porch to that How to Save a life album on our porch in Nashville, TN. Many years ago.
You are so worthy, friend. 💓🧡
To the mom fighting a battle you never imagined you'd face—please hear me when I say, God has already set you up for this journey.
I know it feels impossible right now, and you’re probably wondering how you can take another step.
But trust me, you are stronger than you think.
I’ve walked this road—facing cancer with my mom and then again with my son—and while I didn’t always get it right, God was with us every single step of the way.
He’s preparing you, even in the darkest moments, for what’s ahead.
.
.
.
You are made for a time like this.
You may not see the gift in it yet, but I promise you—there is joy to be found in this journey. And it's not just about surviving, it's about finding strength in the struggle, learning to receive, and trusting in the love and support that surrounds you.
It’s hard. I know. But there will be moments when you feel seen, loved, and lifted up by the community around you.
Don't sit in the suck alone. Call a friend. Call your pastor. Or talk to a stranger (I can't be the only one who does that).
There will be days when people reach out, send love, and help in ways that feel like angels showing up just when you need them most. I still get goosebumps thinking about those days.
And while it may feel like you're fighting alone, God is holding you, and you’re being equipped for this walk.
Take it day by day.
Live palms up, because sometimes it’s your turn to receive the love and grace you’ve always given.
There’s a strength and a joy waiting for you on the other side.
Trust the process, lean on your faith, and know that you’re never alone.
With love and hope,
A mom who’s made it to the other side 🙏❤️
Thank you @jasminegreen for the beautiful Art! I still have your sweatshirt to put in the mail!
If you would have told me when my son was born 8 years ago the freedom I would be living in today, I would have laughed with you!
Thankful for wonderful mentors and paying to be in the room to speed up what we know!

What Would a Genius of Wonder in Marketing Do Differently in 2025?
@herbrightself thanks for fun ChatGPT prompt idea(go follow her for more)!
It’s not about more content—it’s about creating connection and awe.
In 2025, the game changers won’t just follow trends; they’ll redefine how we see personal branding and marketing.
Here’s how they’ll stand out:
Create Immersive Stories – Think AR/VR, interactive narratives, and experiences that make your audience feel part of your journey.
Leverage AI for Personalization – Use AI to craft hyper-personalized messages, visuals, and predictive insights that meet your audience exactly where they are.
Focus on Community – It’s not about followers; it’s about building intimate, purpose-driven spaces where people belong.
Be Unapologetically Real – Share raw, real-time moments, and the lessons in the mess. Authenticity over perfection wins every time.
Blur Digital and Real Life – Host hybrid events, create tangible products, and make your online presence feel alive in the real world.
The future of branding isn’t about algorithms—it’s about wonder, connection, and impact.
What will YOU do differently in 2025?

I can’t help but think about my mom lately—how she’d be cheering me on from the sidelines, chasing my boys around the farm, and driving 72 miles just to eat chicken strips at theBarn with us.
Who doesn’t love @theBarn ❤️ Their chicken strips are the best, and it’s a locally owned gem. My mom and I loved outings to local spots, and when I miss her most, you’ll find me at a little place or wandering through a thrift store, channeling her spirit.
She loved to laugh, could light up a room with her smile, and always sang her sentences.
I know she’d be proud, cheering me on, and reminding me to live fully in the moment.
This is the last picture I have with my mom. It’s how my children know her.
She passed away just two weeks after this, and I wish for more time. But I hold on to this memory, and it brings me joy.
Thank you, @darrinhackney, for being exactly who I needed through this hard season.
Today at church, they sang a song with the chorus, “It’s a simple kind of free.” That’s what my mom would want—to live simply, freely, and fully in the moments we have.
We only get one life, friends. One beautiful, fleeting life.
Book the photo session, wear the fancy jewels, and celebrate the gift of one more day.
That’s why it’s called the present. It’s a gift to be alive and cherish these moments! 🌿✨

When you’re clear on who you are and what you stand for, your brand will naturally align with your true self.
As the saying goes:
“Authenticity is magnetic. Perfection is overrated.”
In 2025, people want to see the real, raw YOU.
No more hiding behind outdated headshots or pretending to be someone you’re not.
This is the time to show up as yourself—perfectly imperfect and unapologetically real.
So go ahead—book that headshot session, stop worrying about being perfect, and start embracing your authentic self.
This is YOUR time, friend!
Shoot me an email to set up your session!

On this Martin Luther King Jr. Day, I want to share a powerful story about how our words can echo through history.
Many don't know that the iconic phrase "I have a dream" wasn't originally in Dr. King's prepared speech for the March on Washington.
It was Prathia Hall, a civil rights activist, who first spoke these words during a prayer vigil at a burned-down church in Georgia.
Dr. King was there that night, listening.
Her words, "I have a dream," spoken in prayer, moved him so deeply that he began incorporating them into his own speeches.
Months later, when Mahalia Jackson called out "Tell them about the dream, Martin!" during the March on Washington, he pushed his prepared notes aside and spoke from his heart – carrying forward the dream that had first stirred in another's prayer.
This is the magic of speaking our truth: we never know who might be listening, whose heart might catch fire from our spark.
Today, as we honor Dr. King's legacy, I invite you to join me in exploring how we can turn our own dreams into reality.
I'm creating a special mastermind program, and I'd love for you to be part of it.
Want to be the first to know more? Join the VIP Group here:
There is a spot in my link in bio: 4th line down from top! {The digital abundance; mindset, money and community}!
Because sometimes, the most powerful words we speak are the ones that started as whispers in someone else's heart.
Always Chasing Joy,
Sara
Eight. Still wrapping my mind around this!
I am grateful for all those who braved the cold and came to see him and celebrate.
We always invite the class plus who ever he decides. We like to include everyone and build community around here.
We aren’t perfect people but we want everyone to feel loved and included when we can!
I am so proud of you, Eli. I hope you keep your creativity and your love for video editing and YouTube.
That is where the world is going and I am excited to start @omareltakrori #contentocashchallenge in a week or two (the weeks are flying by)!
I am a person who has never started the dream thing because I didn’t know how to do it perfectly.
But how is this for a thought, DO IT ANYWAYS.”
I want that for you, the reader / follower. But most importantly, I want it for my children.
I want them to have a beautiful community of people who can care for them when I’m not here anymore (I hope that’s many years away)!
I am a mom who is doing life without her mom.
My mom died the year I turned 30 and the iPhone came out 🤪
It’s been a long day of celebrating so I can’t complete thoughts. But my mama heart is overflowing 🧡🙏
Happy Birthday, Eli! 🎈
8 years ago, I was a different mama - one living in scarcity, counting hours and dollars, unable to see the possibilities ahead.
But life had bigger plans.
Through mentorship, mindset work, and a journey of growth, that worried new mom transformed into someone who could face even the biggest storms with faith and hope.
Looking at you now, I'm grateful for every step of that journey.
It prepared me to be the mother you and your brother needed - especially through this past 3 years.
You've taught me so much about joy, resilience, and unconditional love.
What once felt like limitations became launching pads for growth.
And you, my sweet boy, have been one of my greatest teachers.
Here's to 8 years of learning, growing, and transforming together.
Can't wait to see what adventures await us! ♥️

"To create the life you want, focus on who you need to become." - @wordswithruss
Every year, I pause to reflect. It's more than just a ritual—it's my roadmap to growth.
I ask myself the hard questions:
What brought out my best self this year?
What moments made my heart full?
Where did I fall short?
What challenges shaped me?
Life is beautifully messy. Take my kids "organizing" their Xbox stations—it's chaos!
But it's taught me something: letting go of clutter, both physical and mental, creates space for what truly matters.
My sanctuary? Thrifting. With an earbud in and my ADHD brain finally finding its quiet rhythm, I discover treasures and peace. It's my reminder that joy doesn't need to be complicated.
I've learned the power of the pause.
Before every "yes," I consider what I might be saying "no" to—especially when it comes to family time. Because here's the truth: We get ONE life. Just one.
But here's the magic—WE control our response to it. Every habit, every choice, every moment shapes who we become.
Year after year, I choose to look back, learn, and grow.
It's not just reflection—it's transformation.
And I know it works because I've lived it.
Want to know the best part?
You can do this too.
Right now.
Today.
The question isn't just who you are—it's who you're becoming.
What will your story be?
I’ve been reflecting a lot on Snowcation 2025.
Looking back, I see how God set me up to achieve my dreams in unexpected ways, like starting my journey with the Life Coach School while my son was in cancer treatment.
I realized quickly that wasn’t my path, but through mentors like @sabrinagebhardtphotography and @elizabeth.henson, I learned to take slow, purposeful action.
Sabrina reminded me to focus on being there for my son while setting up systems for my future.
Elizabeth helped me simplify my marketing, which was a game-changer.
Starting a business is scary—there’s so much uncertainty, from pricing to standing out in a crowded market.
But over the last three years, I’ve studied personal branding and know it’s key to success.
People need to see something an average of 17 times before they buy, and they are served an average of 300-500 social posts a day; so I’m committed to building my brand and creating what’s been in my heart all along.
Journey with me to keep up!
Can we be real friends?
2024 was hard.
You're not alone if you're a business owner wondering where your next dollar is coming from.
I've been there too.
I am right there!
One thing I have learned as walking through the cancer valley is that, it's ok to ask for help!
People don't know what you need unless you ask.
This beautiful community I have built has been made to pull us all through the hard.
My dad always said, "It's not what you know, it's who you know."
So my friends, let's help each other.

"The days are long but the years are short" - never has this quote felt more real than during this extended winter break.
Since December 20th, our usual routines have melted away like snowflakes, leaving us in this beautiful but chaotic dance of constant togetherness.
You know those Pinterest-perfect moms who seem to have endless craft projects and educational activities planned?
Yeah, that's not me. Here I am, with my neurodivergent brain bouncing between "I should be doing more" and "Why can't I just sit still and enjoy this?"
The constant movement, the need for stimulation, the struggle to simply BE in these moments – I feel you deeply.
But here's what I keep reminding myself (even when my brain is racing): This messy, imperfect season is creating memories.
One day, these long winter days will be stories we tell.
"Remember that crazy-long break when we drove each other nuts but somehow made it through?"
Our kids won't remember if we had perfectly planned activities.
They'll remember the Fornite parties online late with their bro's, the impromptu blanket forts, and yes, even the moments when mom needed to take a breather in the bathroom for five minutes of peace.
As Glennon Doyle wisely said, "Life is brutal. But it's also beautiful. Brutiful, I call it. Life's brutal and beautiful are woven together so tightly that they can't be separated. Reject the brutal, reject the beauty.
So here we are, in all our neurodivergent glory, doing this extended break the best way we know how.
Perfect?
Nope.
Instagram-worthy? Probably not.
Real and raw and somehow making it work?
Absolutely.
To all the parents out there wondering if they're the only ones counting down to the school reopening while simultaneously feeling guilty about wanting their routine back – you're not alone.
This is hard, AND it's precious. Both things can be true.
And yes, one day we'll look back and miss even the chaos.
(Though maybe not the "Mom! I'm bored!" for the 47th time before noon.)
How are you hanging in there?
What's been your saving grace during this extended break?
Watching my youngest master CapCut has been eye-opening.
While he fearlessly dives into video editing, I reflect on how long I held myself back from creating content, always worried about "putting myself out there."
Isn't it amazing how our children can become our greatest teachers?
Their natural confidence has inspired me to finally embrace what I've always loved – creating meaningful content.
So here's my exciting news: I'm launching content creation services for small businesses!
Whether you need help telling your brand story or building an authentic online presence, I'm here to help you shine in the digital world.

As we head into 2025, one thing’s for sure: people want to feel connected to the brands they support.
It’s not just about what we offer—it’s about who we are and the stories we share.
In the new year, I’m focusing even more on humanizing my brand and building real connections with YOU.
Here’s what that looks like:
Sharing more of my journey—the wins, the lessons, and everything in between.
Supporting local causes and staying involved in the community.
Engaging with YOU—I want to hear from you and create a space for real conversations.
Let’s make 2025 about authenticity and connection.
Can’t wait to keep growing with you!

A question I get all of the time is, what content creation tips do you have for small business owners?
Share Your Story
People don’t buy what you do, but why you do it.
Share your journey, challenges, and mission to build trust and connect personally.
Be Consistent
Consistency keeps your brand memorable.
Regular posting and updates build strong relationships with your audience.
Offer Value
Educate and solve problems.
Value-driven content, like tips and testimonials, keeps your audience engaged.
Use Quality Visuals
Professional photos and graphics make your brand look polished and stand out.
Engage Your Audience
Respond to comments and start conversations.
Engagement builds community and strengthens connections.
Do you still have questions or are you looking for someone to take over writing your content?
I can help! Together, we can make you stand out online this year!

My pal, @mollymkeyser taught me the powerful lesson, “Plan tomorrow, today.” 🙌
I bought her course when Jack got sick (online courses are my jam!).
It opened my eyes to the "Creator Economy & Digital Products" and showed me that we don’t have to trade time for money—we can build passive income and live on our terms. 🌱
As we head into the weekend, here’s how to plan your week ahead:
Reflect on Your Week: Celebrate wins and identify areas for improvement.
Set Priorities: Focus on 3 key tasks that move the needle for your goals.
Block Time: Schedule each task with buffer time for surprises.
Prepare Your Workspace: Organize and clear distractions.
Set Intentions: Decide how you want to show up with the right energy and mindset.
Anticipate Obstacles: Plan for potential challenges and how to overcome them.
Create a Morning Routine: Start your day with intention—stretch, coffee, journaling.
End with Action: Prep for tomorrow by wrapping up today’s loose ends.
Now, go plan your tomorrow, today. 🙌
P.S. there is a great book on morning routines, "The Miracle Morning Journal" by @hal_elrod

"In youth we learn, in age we understand." -
These words echo differently through my lens now, especially during the holiday season.
As a photographer, I've learned that every frame we capture holds more than just an image – it holds a story, a memory, a piece of time we can never get back but can forever treasure.
I remember those Christmas Eve masses from my childhood – the warm glow of candles, my mother's hand holding mine as we walked through the church doors, the familiar hymns that seemed to wrap around us like a warm blanket.
Back then, I was learning the rituals.
Now, I understand that those nights weren't just about the mass itself – they were about the sacred space of family, about building foundations of faith and love that would need to sustain me through harder times.
Losing my mom changed everything, yet in some ways, it made those Christmas memories shine even brighter.
Through my camera, I've learned to capture not just moments, but feelings – the quiet joy of a family simply being together, the gentle way traditions pass from one generation to the next.
As a photographer, I've become a keeper of magic in my own way.
I chase golden sunsets across farm fields, preserve the sound of toddler giggles in still frames, and capture the precious moments when grown children return home from their adult lives.
Each image becomes a gift – a lasting joy for now and for those future days when we no longer fill the frame.
Because I understand now what my mother understood then – that belief is about the power of family, the strength of traditions, and the way love continues even when those we love aren't physically with us anymore.
It's about creating new magic while honoring the old.
Excuse me while I go wipe my tears.
Always Chasing Joy,
Sara McMillian & Family
Let's go deep, friends!
Imagine this, You're at a train station. You see yourself in 20 years. Your future self talks to you now.
What piece of advice would they give you about building and growing your business?
What do they wish you had started doing sooner to connect with your audience, grow your brand, and create the success you dream of?
Take a second and journal about this today and tell me what you find out! I love doing deep inner work!
Sometimes the twinkling lights don't sparkle quite as bright.
Sometimes the carols don't fill us with the same joy they once did.
Sometimes your kids don't smile at the photographer.
And that's okay.
The true spirit of the Christmas season isn't about forcing cheer or pretending everything is perfect.
It's about finding small moments of warmth in the midst of winter.
It's about remembering that even when our own light feels dim, we can still be that flicker of hope for someone else.
Maybe today, your holiday spirit looks like sending a simple text to an old friend.
Maybe it's wrapping yourself in a cozy blanket with a warm drink and binging Virgin River (Yep, I will pay for Netflix this month to finish this episode).
You don't have to deck every hall or light every candle.
Start with one small flame of joy, one gentle moment of peace.
The season will meet you exactly where you are.
Remember: Even the longest nights make way for dawn, and sometimes the quietest celebrations leave the deepest imprints on our hearts.
Tell me in the comments below who is still Christmas Shopping (I am)?
I wish you all the very best and happiest Christmas Season!
Walking Around, Lying here, Driving Around, ABSOLUTELY thinking about doing things….
Three hours of mental rehearsal later, I’ve somehow gained confidence by... doing nothing?

Being loved by you was such a gift.
for those of you that were never lucky enough to meet my mom, she was a remarkable lady.
She always had a smile. She always sang her words as she talked when I lived in Tennessee, She would send happy’s in the mail just because she knew I needed something .
She once sent me a cookbook because I think she got sick of me always calling her asking her how to make all the things and now that I’m a mom, I wish that I could just look her in the eye and say I get it all now
I get how when I would always ask you to take me out to eat and use the checkbook, but sometimes there isn’t money in the bank for such luxuries for a family of 7, but there wasn’t ever a time that there wasn’t in love in our home.
My parents were dairy farmers, and they worked so hard to give us the life that we have now and Christmas is just always really really hard because it was her favorite
So, while I finish up Christmas shopping today and I plan my day I am just reminded that my best present ever was just having you as a mom.
I know you’re up there in heaven, cancer, free and taking care of all the babies and the flowers. 🥰
my Bible devotional this morning was about not being afraid and before my mom died, I was terrified of losing her because I could not imagine my life without her.
When I moved home from Tennessee, nobody would give me a job and I didn’t see the blessing of being with her every day. I ran back-and-forth to Tennessee and worked at Jonathan’s because I thought I had to be working. I didn’t realize the gift that God was giving me.
So I guess all of my rambling is to just know that no matter how hard your season is, no matter how mad someone made you, family is always worth staying for and showing up for even when it’s hard.
If this is your first holiday, without someone, I am always always here to talk to you because sadly, you only know the hard when you walk through the dark valley but you don’t have to sit in the suck alone.
Choose And chase all the joy this holiday season because we never know when it will be our last
The magic of Christmas is about to unfold as your loved ones fill your home with laughter, love, and those precious moments that become treasured memories.
These are the days that truly matter – when family gathers, stories are shared, and joy overflows.
I would be thrilled to capture the genuine love and connection of your family this holiday season.
After all, life moves quickly, and these fleeting moments are worth preserving forever.

🌱 The Heart Behind Rooted and Restored 🌱
I’m so excited to share with you the heart behind Rooted and Restored—a community built on the belief that true growth comes from deepening our roots and restoring what truly matters.
Over the past few years, I’ve had the privilege of working with incredible entrepreneurs, business owners, and creators who are all striving to build something lasting. And one thing has become crystal clear: growth isn’t just about hustling harder—it’s about working smarter and aligning with your values.
Through Rooted and Restored, my mission is simple: I want to help you grow your business, build a powerful personal brand, and create a life of abundance—without burning out or losing sight of what really matters.
This community is for those who are ready to invest in their personal growth, expand their networks, and most importantly, build a legacy that impacts not just today, but for generations to come.
As a small business owner myself, I understand the challenges—being overwhelmed, struggling with time management, and the constant pull of trying to do it all. But I believe there’s another way. A way that’s rooted in intentionality, authentic connections, and a mindset that embraces abundance.
Whether you're a seasoned entrepreneur or just starting out, this is a place where you can rest in knowing you don't have to have it all figured out. It's a place to learn, grow, and be supported by like-minded people who want to see you thrive—not just in business, but in life.
I’m so excited to have you join this journey. Let's grow Rooted and Restored together—one intentional step at a time. 🌿✨
